    With more and more green energy resources coming into the mainstream, there has been a global interest into trying to use more clean efficient energy. The green renewable energy will one day replace the energy that actually pollutes the air but more awareness has to be raised.

Here in the United States and in the United Kingdom, there is more awareness in these two countries. Scientists have been working on harnessing the earth’s power sources. But more needs to be done. All over the country fairs and exhibitions are had to show the public what the benefits are to such renewable power such as solar power and wind power.

Solar power is not new to this country and there are many people who have it but do they have it for the right reasons? Some people say they have it for the fact that it is cheaper than electricity. As true as that may be there are also environmental reasons why solar power should replace electricity as a main power source.

Other green renewable energy includes wind power, Wave and Tidal Power, Hydropower, Biomass and Geothermal power are just some of the green energy being utilized to make the environment stronger and cleaner. If everyone read a little information and familiarized himself or herself with what green power is, the country would be in a better place.
